Annsco was founded by Scott McCaffrey and Anne-Louise Griffin in 2018. Both are registered nurses and have extensive knowledge and experience within the healthcare sector. Scott is a Registered Mental Health nurse and has been qualified since 1989. Scott has experience working within the NHS as a mental health nurse, clinical risk advisor and manager. Scott has worked at Home Manager, Area Manager and Support Manager levels, implementing positive change and compliance within a variety of healthcare settings. Scott has worked successfully on many occasions to turn around services that require improvement. Anne-Louise is a Registered General Nurse and has been qualified since 1996. Anne-Louise worked as a nurse in the NHS within surgeries, critical care and theatres. She also has experience as Clinical Lead and Home Manager in the private sector. Anne Louise is a qualified trainer and has experience of delivering both mandatory subjects and specialist clinical training all across the country
